- Live fish orders are shipped exclusively via next-day delivery to guarantee the well-being of our aquatic companions.
- Live birds are shipped at a flat rate of $225, ensuring their safe and comfortable journey to your doorstep.
- Please be aware that no returns or refunds can be processed for live animals due to the nature of the products.

- We regret that we cannot ship live animals to certain countries or states where the ownership of such pets is restricted or illegal. If an order is placed for a location with legal constraints, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Shipping Carrier:
- ForestWonders.com retains the right to change the shipping carrier if we determine it is in the best interest of the customer. Any such changes will be made without compromising the agreed-upon delivery timelines.

- In the event of a return or exchange for non-live animal products, the customer is responsible for shipping the goods back to ForestWonders.com at their own expense.
